Key Responsibilities
This role is critical for bridging the commercial goals of the company with the service needs of its clients
- Account Management & Retention: Developing and executing strategic account plans to maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key customers in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Customer Advocacy: Acting as the internal advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs related to product supply, logistics, and documentation are met promptly and effectively by relevant internal teams (e.g., Sales, Logistics, QA).
- Sales Support & Revenue Growth: Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling the VR LIFECARE PHARMA product portfolio, working closely with the sales team to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Feedback & Market Intelligence: Gathering vital customer feedback regarding product performance, service quality, and market trends. Providing this data back to R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams to inform future strategy.
- Dispute Resolution: Managing and resolving complex customer issues or complaints with professionalism and speed, safeguarding the company's reputation and ensuring compliance.
